Mini Monarch Dance Camp Weeks: July 8, July 15, July 22, July 29
The dance camp will run Monday-Thursday from 9:00-11:30 am select weeks or register for all 4 weeks.
Dance styles will include Creative Movement, Hip Hop, Acro, Tap, Belly Dancing and more along with crafts.
Weekly Rate is $105. Register now and payment will auto-draft on June 1.

I understand that dance classes may include, without limitation, dancing with props, stretching, barre work, across the floor combinations, dance routines in the center, and other related activities. I further understand that all of the activities of the dance class involve some degree of risk of strain or bodily injury.

Release of Liability

As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Monarch School of Dance, LLC, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or in route to or from any of said premises.

Registration & Tuition Fees

Advanced registration is required for all camps. All camps are held Monday-Thursday in the Collingswood location. Camp fees are $105 and can not be prorated for daily rates. No refunds unless camps are canceled by Monarch. Camps may be combined or canceled due to low enrollment at Monarch's discretion.

Photo & Release Agreement

I give permission for Monarch School of Dance to take photos of me or my child while participating in Monarch School of Dance activities, classes, rehearsals and performances for promotional purposes. Names of students will not be used or disclosed. I understand that I am giving permission to use these photos and/or videos for publishing use, in printed or electronic format.
