Summer Intensive Weeks: July 8, July 15, July 22, July 29, and August 5.
The weekly intensive will run Monday through Thursday from 9:00-3:00 pm and include Ballet, Modern, and Contemporary dance training for ages 9 & up with Ballet experience.
Weekly rate is $275. 3 consecutive weeks recommended. Use the 5-Week Summer Intensive Link to register for the entire summer.

I understand that dance classes may include, without limitation, dancing with props, stretching, barre work, across the floor combinations, dance routines in the center, and other related activities. I further understand that all of the activities of the dance class involve some degree of risk of strain or bodily injury.

Release of Liability

As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Monarch School of Dance, LLC, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or in route to or from any of said premises.

Registration & Tuition Fees

Advanced registration is required for summer intensive. Intensives are held Monday-Thursday in the Collingswood location. A minimum of 3 consecutive weeks is recommended. No prorating for daily rates. No refunds unless intensives are canceled by Monarch.

Photo & Release Agreement

I give permission for Monarch School of Dance to take photos of me or my child while participating in Monarch School of Dance activities, classes, rehearsals and performances for promotional purposes. Names of students will not be used or disclosed. I understand that I am giving permission to use these photos and/or videos for publishing use, in printed or electronic format.
