Aerial Circus Camp is designed for 5+ year olds. Circus Members will be present for the Day Camp.
Students will have the opportunity to take classes in Aerial: Lyra (Hoop), Silks & Hammock.
At the end of the day parents will be invited to join us for a performance by their little Circus performers.
No prior Aerial or Acro experience necessary.
We encourage children to dress up like their favorite Circus Character!

Liability & Photography Wavier

I grant Richard's School of the Dance, it's representatives and employees the right to take photographs/videos of my child or myself in connection with activities within the dance studio, recital, and performances. I authorize Richard's School of the Dance, it's assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Richard's School of the Dance may use such photographs/videos of my child with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for examples such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
1. Waiver of Liability: The undersigned hereby waives any and all claims for personal injury the undersigned, or the minor child on behalf of whom the undersigned is executing this agreement, might otherwise have against Tricia M. Bayer and Richard's School of the Dance (including its teachers, volunteers, sponsors and insurers), arising out of or in any related activity to such child's participation in class sessions, dance recitals, dance practices, dance rehearsals, and other performances.
2. Execution on behalf of a minor child: The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that he/she is executing this agreement on behalf of a child under 18 years of age if applicable listed in the registration form. The electronic signatures on the following statements are binding and represent full cooperation with the policies and waivers as enforced by Richards School of the Dance.
3. I agree to have a credit card on file with Richard's School of the Dance for paying class fees and agree to have the card billed for any unpaid fees the 15th of the proceeding month.

4. Cancellation policy. If you cancel your spot in class 2 hours prior to class starting no fees will be due. If class cancellation is not received 2 hours prior to class your card will be billed for the fees due.
