Dress Code

Masks are required since participants may be closer than 6 feet from others. Participants should wear a leotard or a t-shirt that stays tucked in (with arms fully extended and upside down) with leggings, sweatpants, or gym shorts. Participants are not allowed to wear jeans, skirts, dresses, or pants with zippers, buttons, or snaps. All participants must have bare feet in the gym to participate. Gymnastics shoes are optional.
For safety reasons, hair must be pulled back from the face and secured in a ponytail or bun during gym time. No jewelry or hats are allowed while participating in the gym. All street clothes and shoes should be left in the designated area provided. No street shoes are allowed on the gym floor. Valuables should be left at home. Sara Beth's Gymnasts is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Food and Drink

For safety and hygienic reasons, no eating, drinking, smoking, or gum chewing is allowed in the gym. Non-spill plastic (no glass) bottles of water are allowed to be kept with shoes and clothing.

Behavior

All participants must follow the rules to participate. Good behavior must be shown at all times. Anyone displaying disorderly conduct before, during, or after the event will be asked to sit out if not corrected in a timely manner.

I hereby agree photos and/or videos taken of us by or shared with Sara Beth's Gymnasts can be used for marketing, advertising, social media sharing, and other ways Sara Beth's Gymnasts deems fit.

Release of Liability

As the legal parent or guardian, I release Sara Beth's Gymnasts and all of her staff from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Sara Beth's Gymnasts.

Assumption of Risk

Medical Emergencies

With the full understanding of the facts, I state that to the best of my knowledge, the person I am registering has no medical, physical, or emotional health conditions which would hinder or prevent his/her participation in Sara Beth's Gymnasts programs or put them in danger. If a condition is present, I am providing the necessary doctor's permission and/or my own permission to proceed with gymnastics events conducted by Sara Beth's Gymnasts.

Gym Rules (Review with Child)

Rules to Review Before You Arrive:
- Masks must be worn by all participants and parents while on the gym floor or less than 6 feet from others.
- Keep street shoes off of the equipment and spring floor please.
- No play on the mats under the high beams in case someone falls.
- Only 1 person on the purple mat under the bar at a time.
- Only 1 person on the springboard at a time.
- Only 1 jump on the springboard.
- No play or walking across the mats at the end of the high beams.
- No knees or feet on top of the parallel bars.
- Jump straight to the thick blue mat from the vault.
- Stay out from behind the big red mat (bungee incline).
- Be kind to others in the gym.
