Camp Dance - Teen (ages 12 -18)
A technique camp designed for beginner & intermediate dancers. Students will take classes in an encouraging and non-competitive environment. Dancers with little to no prior dance experience are encouraged to attend this camp. Classes will focus on: Ballet technique, Jazz skills and combos, Hip Hop combos, contemporary and lyrical movements, strength and conditioning, flexibility, and more
Dress Code: Any dance apparel (i.e. leotard, leggings, dance top, tank tops, dance shorts, etc.) Dancers will need pirouettes or jazz shoes, ballet shoes, and tennis shoes/layers for hip hop. Hair needs to be pulled up and out of the face.
Register before March 31 to receive the Early Bird Price of $168.

Payment due in full at registration.
Cancellations made prior to 1 month before the camp start date are eligible for reimbursement in the original form of payment, minus the $50 processing fee.
Cancellations made within 1 month of the camp start date are eligible for reimbursement of 50% of camp tuition in the original form of payment.

Media Release

From time to time, we take pictures and videos of our students during lessons, classes and recitals.
We'd like your permission to use and publish for editorial, trade, advertising, social media or other promotional purpose all photographic, video and digital images of my child, including any child's name in conjunction with studio and academy name.
I give you permission to use my child's picture for promotional purposes on behalf of the Academy.
If you do not want ROOTS Academy to use your child's picture for promotional purposes, please email dance@rootsacademy.net and we will make sure to not include your child in any photography for promotional purposes.

Release of Liability

On this day, intending to be legally bound hereby, the undersigned agrees and does hereby release from liability and to indemnify and hold harmless ROOTS Academy and any of its employees or agents represent or related to the Academy as regards to travel or off campus activities. This release is for any and all liability for person injuries (including death) and property losses or damage occasioned by, or in connection with any activity or accommodations for this event. The undersigned further agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations promulgated by ROOTS Academy.
