Our rhythmic gymnastics spring break camp is designed for athletes of all levels. The coach will be working specific routines, skills (looking towards next season requirements and current competition season), Special conditioning to improve muscular and cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, strength and precision of movements. Ballet technique drills will be part of the camp and as core element for Rhythmic Gymnastics. The camp will be held between Monday, March 26th, 2018 and Friday, March 30th. Practices will start at 12pm and will finish by 3:30pm. Rhythmic Spring Break Camp price: $170. After Care Services: Call our Office to schedule. STUDENT ARE EXPECTED TO CARRY THEIR OWN INSURANCE. THE ABOVE NAMED STUDENT HAS HAD A MEDICAL EXAMINATION WITHIN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS AND IS CAPABLE OF PARTICIPATING IN THE SPORT OF GYMNASTICS. I AGREE TO COMPLETE A HEALTH HISTORY FORM.
WARNING BY THE VERY NATURE OF THE ACTIVITY, GYMNASTICS CARRIES A RISK OF PHYSICAL INJURY. COACHES AND INSTRUCTORS OF GYMNASTICS WORLD ARE SAFETY CONSCIOUS AND FOLLOW APPROPRIATE SAFETY PROCEDURES. IN THE EVENT OF INJURY OR ILLNESS, EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO CONTACT THE PARENTS OR GUARDIAN.
