Already a customer? Click here to login. Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet's Teachers Workshop is held in Carlisle, PA from August 12-17, 2018. The Teacher's Workshop focuses on beginner and intermediate ballet technique. An orientation and welcome reception is held for workshop participants on Sunday evening, August 12. Upon submission of the application, non-refundable fees for application ($85) and a deposit ($300) toward the tuition fee are automatically posted and charged within 48 hours. All the fees posted and paid through the submission of this form are non-refundable and non-transferable to any student or other CPYB program. Please fill in your most recent teaching experience and, if applicable, any professional dance experience.
