Skip the line and register online! ONLINE registration will close at noon the day of the event. $17 per person in advance; $20 at the door.
Only students currently in your account may be registered online. If you are bringing additional children you will need to register them at the front desk the night of the event. Students not in our system must bring a release form signed by a parent or legal guardian (available on our website). Thank you!

Registration REQUIREMENT

If an unrelated child is accompanying you, they must present a signed release form (printable forms available on tegakids.com under special events). Without a signed release, the student will not be allowed to participate. For that reason, we recommend that each family register their own family members online.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation is entirely by my own choice and with the understanding that there is risk and the possibility of accidental injury in any activity involving unusual motion or height, and that accidental drowning may occur, regardless of skill level, during any activity involving water.

Release of Liability

I hereby consent to my child(ren) participating in the programs offered by Texas Elite Gymnastics Academy, Inc (TEGA). I acknowledge that my child(ren) has/have medical approval and is/are physically fit and able to assume the role as a participant. In consideration for allowing my child to use TEGA's equipment and facilities, I hereby forever release Texas Elite Gymnastics Academy, Inc. and 82L, LLC, it's owners, officers, employees, teachers and coaches from all liability for any and all damage and injuries, negligent or otherwise, suffered by my child while under the instruction, supervision or control of Texas Elite Gymnastics Academy, Inc. and 82L, LLC, it's owners, officers, employees, teachers or coaches. I further understand that while payment of tuition and registration fees constitutes a part of the consideration due to TEGA, and additional and important part of the consideration due to TEGA is this signed release form.

Medical Emergencies

The undersigned gives permission for Texas Elite Gymnastics Academy, Inc., its owners, officers, employees, and/or agents to seek emergency medical treatment for the participant(s) in the event we are unable to reach a parent or guardian. The undersigned also agrees that they themselves will be responsible for any financial debt incurred by said action.

Payment

Payment is due upon registration. Saturday Night Open Gym is $17 per person (with advance, online registration; $20 at the door). Once TEGA receives notification of your registration, you will receive an emailed receipt with the total amount charged to your credit card. Please retain this for your records.
