Thank you for booking a Cirkidz Birthday party! Please note, your booking is confirmed once the form has been submitted and the deposit has been processed. The party area will be available 15 minutes before the start of the party. We recommend letting your guests know to arrive at this time so the session can start promptly and they can get the most out of their circus session. Parties with over 20 guests will require additional trainers. Please let us know at least two weeks before the date so we can ensure we have staff available. About the Cirkidz party:

The Cirkidz Circus Party Experience is suitable for ages 6 years and older and is for 2 hours, which consists of a 90mins circus session and 30mins after the circus session to enjoy cake and food, or to open presents. Please be aware that other parties are booked after yours. An additional fee may be incurred for late departure.
Participants must be dressed appropriately. Please ask your party participants to wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Jeans, skirts, belts, buckles or zips are not permitted when participating. All jewellery and watches need to be removed, so we recommend leaving them at home. All hair that is long enough to swing in front of the face needs to be tied back for both genders. Please ask that party participants bring a bottle of water with them for use during the circus session. Food and drink (other than water in a closed drinking bottle) is not permitted in the session area.
There is a maximum of 20 children (including the birthday person) permitted to participate in the circus experience with 2 circus trainers during standard parties. Cirkidz can arrange extra trainers to accommodate additional guests, however we require at least two weeks notice to do so, and there is an additional cost of $150 for an extra trainer for an additional 8 participants. Should there be more than 20 participants without prior arrangements, Cirkidz reserves the right to suspend the session until the numbers are correct. There is a birthday area with viewing platform for those not participating. Towards the end of the session, the trainers will come and invite adults to enter for photo opportunities. Other than participants, no parents or guests are to enter the session area without permission from a trainer.
Cirkidz holds up to two parties at a time. An area with table will be reserved for you and your guests. Cirkidz does not supply kitchen amenities, food, drink, cutlery or crockery.

COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

Staff, Volunteers and Contractors.
COVID vaccinations for staff / performers / volunteers / students.
The Board approved mandatory vaccinations / SA Health approved medical exemptions for all SACC staff,
volunteers and contractors aged 12 years and over. All persons working at the South Australian Circus
Centre or its programs from Sunday 12 December 2021 must:
• have received at least one dose of a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approved COVID-19
vaccine; and
• have received, or have evidence of a booking to receive, a second dose of a TGA approved COVID-19
vaccine within the interval after the first dose recommended by the ATAGI for that COVID-19 vaccine;
and
• thereafter continue to be fully vaccinated according to public health guidelines including receiving
booster vaccinations if required.
For clarity staff include all full time, part-time, casual, contract or volunteers. It includes all contractors
working on SACC site.
Participants and Visitors.

This policy captures all Adults visiting the site in Birthday Parties predominantly on Sundays.
Unvaccinated parents / guardians may drop off and pick up their children outside the premises.

Changes and cancellations

Any changes made, after the booking has been submitted must be made in consultation with Cirkidz. A new confirmation sheet will be sent with the revised arrangements and costs and is to be signed and returned to Cirkidz. Should Cirkidz be required to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances an alternative time will be arranged.
A non-refundable deposit of $175 is required to confirm the booking. In case of cancellations, Cirkidz will refund any difference paid in advance.

A deposit of $175 is required to hold the booking. We hold booking requests for 48 hours, if we cannot successfully process payment after that time you will be contacted. If the deposit remains outstanding we will offer your booking to the next person on our waiting list. The remainder will be charged in full 7 days prior to the party. Cirkidz reserves the right to cancel birthday party sessions not paid in full by the Friday prior to the session. An additional fee may be incurred for late payment.
