VIP AGREEMENT

I understand this is a FREE Grand Opening VIP Event for registered children ages 4–12. The first 15 registered children will receive VIP seating for the rhythmic gymnastics performance. Each family is limited to one adult in the VIP seating area, regardless of the number of registered children. Following the performance, registered children will participate in a mini rhythmic gymnastics master class and agree to follow all instructions provided by Nanaberries Creative Studio staff.

GRAND OPENING VIP EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the registered child(ren), understand that my child will attend the Nanaberries Creative Studio Grand Opening VIP Event, which includes viewing a live rhythmic gymnastics performance from designated VIP seating and participating in a complimentary introductory mini rhythmic gymnastics master class.

I acknowledge that participation in and attendance at this event involve inherent risks. Rhythmic gymnastics utilizes apparatus including, but not limited to, ribbons, hoops, balls, clubs, and ropes. Despite reasonable safety precautions, apparatus may accidentally leave the performance area, and participants or spectators seated near the performance area may be struck by an apparatus or sustain injuries.

I understand that participation in the mini class may involve activities such as stretching, balance exercises, movement, flexibility, coordination, and introductory rhythmic gymnastics skills. Risks include, but are not limited to, slips, trips, falls, collisions, muscle strains, sprains, bruises, cuts, fractures, and other injuries.

I certify that my child is physically able to participate in the activities and that I have disclosed any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations that may affect participation.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in and attendance at this event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Nanaberries LLC, doing business as Nanaberries Creative Studio, its owners, instructors, coaches, employees, volunteers, independent contractors, representatives, and the event venue from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in or attendance at this event, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I authorize Nanaberries Creative Studio to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached immediately. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

I understand that VIP seating is limited to one accompanying adult per family, regardless of the number of registered children, and I agree to follow all event rules and staff instructions.

By completing registration, I acknowledge that I have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Grand Opening VIP Event Liability Waiver on behalf of myself and my minor child(ren).

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I authorize Nanaberries LLC, doing business as Nanaberries Creative Studio, to photograph, video record, and/or audio record my child during classes, camps, workshops, performances, trial classes, special events, and other Nanaberries LLC activities.

I understand and agree that these photographs, videos, and recordings may be used by Nanaberries LLC for educational, business, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.

I grant Nanaberries LLC permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and distribute images and recordings of my child in any media now known or later developed, including, but not limited to:

The Nanaberries LLC website;
Social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms);
Promotional flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and newsletters;
Digital and printed advertisements;
Marketing campaigns and promotional materials;
Studio displays and presentations; and
Other materials used to promote or showcase Nanaberries LLC and its programs.
I understand that no compensation or royalties will be provided for the use of my child’s photographs, videos, or recordings.

Nanaberries LLC will not intentionally publish my child’s full name or other sensitive personal identifying information in connection with photographs or videos without additional permission, except as otherwise required by law.

I understand that participation in Nanaberries LLC programs includes this Photo & Video Release. If I have questions or concerns regarding the use of my child’s image, I agree to discuss them with Nanaberries LLC before completing registration.

By agreeing to this policy, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant, or an adult participant enrolling on my own behalf, and I voluntarily grant the permissions described above.
