This 30-minute inclusive dance class is open to all ages and abilities, no dance experience necessary. We’ll be dancing in the beautiful courtyard at Fork of the South (The Factory at Franklin), and we’d love to see you there! After class, stick around to explore all the fun inside Fork of the South. Release and Indemnity
I hereby grant MOVE Inclusive Dance and any of its owners, officers, directors, members, independent contractors, volunteers, agents or representatives ("MOVE Staff") permission to take and publish photographs and/or videos, at no cost to Participant or myself, or any other person on behalf of Participant or me. We will not use Participant's full name and will use reasonable efforts not to disclose any other personally identifiable to sensitive information in connection with such photographs and/or videos.
I will not hold MOVE Staff liable for any injury sustained or illness contracted while Participant is participating in a class taught by MOVE Inclusive Dance, regardless of whether such injury or illness arises as a result of or in connection with MOVE Inclusive Dance.
I exempt, release, hold harmless and indemnify MOVE Inclusive Dance and MOVE Staff claims, demands, or causes of action from any damage, loss, injury or liability of any kind or personal property thereof which may relate to or arise out of or in connection with Participant's or his or her parent's or guardian's participation with MOVE Inclusive Dance and / or this studio.
