Summer Intensives are geared for the more serious dancers looking to continue improving their technical skills, strengthen and condition their bodies, grow in their movement quality, and be challenged in multiple genres of dance. We are excited for an awesome two weeks of Summer Intensives and can’t wait to dance with you soon!!
SI I is for dancers in the 3rd-5th grade. It is June 3rd-6th from 12:00-3:30pm. We are so excited for an awesome week!

Assumption of Risk/Student Liability Release

I hereby acknowledge that my daughter, son, and/or child for whom I have legal custody has voluntarily applied to engage in dance and dance-related programs and activities with Jackie O’Neal School of Dance. I understand I should be aware of my child's physical limitations and agree to inform the studio of such limitations. I understand that in participating in dance class, practice, intensive, rehearsal, performance, convention, competition or other dance activities there is a possibility of physical injury or death. I knowingly and voluntarily agree to assume all reasonable risks and responsibilities for any such injury or accident, which might occur to my child before, during, or after any Jackie O’Neal School of Dance or dance-related activity that my child has chosen to participate in.
I further hereby knowingly and voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and personal representative(s) to hold Jackie O'Neal School of Dance its employees, faculty members, independent contractors, guest teachers and artists and/or students liable for such damage, loss, injury, or death.

Payment Policy

Payments policies
Payment is due prior to camp beginning on June 5th. Methods of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Payments may be made online, at the office, or by mail.
You may check your account online at any time. If at any time you would like a printed statement of your account you may request one.
I understand that Jackie O'Neal School of Dance does not give credit and/or refunds for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather, etc.
Overdue balances procedure
Any student with an overdue balance of more than 60 days will not be allowed into class until payment in full is received or payment arrangements have been made.
If for any reason you decide to discontinue your classes, you are not obligated to pay for the balance of the school year, however you will be responsible for any balance due.

For good and valuable consideration, I do hereby consent to the photographing of my child and the use of these photographs and/or recordings singularly or in conjunction with other photographs and/or recordings for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes. I understand that the term photograph as used here encompasses both still photographs and video footage.
