Our goal is to help campers build confidence and comfort in and around the water while reinforcing important water safety and swimming skills through engaging, age-appropriate activities. Throughout the week, campers will participate in swim instruction, hands-on water safety education, life-saving simulations, and interactive group activities, all delivered in a fun and supportive British Swim School environment.
As you fill out the form, the registration is for the full week.

Withdrawl Policy

PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL POLICY
To withdraw a participant from a program, kindly email at
goswimnctoronto@britishswimschool.com
Withdrawal’s that are processed online or requested by email 10 days or more before the start of the program will receive a refund minus an administration fee of 10% per program being withdrawn. Withdrawal requests received with less than 10 days’ notice will receive a refund minus an administration fee of 50% of the cost of the program being cancelled. Refund requests received after the start of the program will not be granted. Refunds are not granted for inclement weather. Requests can take 2-3 weeks to process. These requests must be submitted by email.

Day Camp Code of Conduct

The following conduct by any member of the Day Camp community including campers and family members/guardians will not be tolerated.
• Using abusive and/or discriminatory language including but limited to; swearing, name-calling, taunting, mocking, mean jokes, slurs, discriminatory phrases or comments
• Bullying of other participants. Bullying refers to repetitive, intentional hurting or threat of hurting an individual or group
• Behaviors that place themselves or others at risk, such as hitting, punching, kicking, pinching, spitting, biting or throwing objects at others
• Inflicting or encouraging others to physically injure another person
• Disrespecting and/or damaging the physical camp environment, including camp spaces, furniture, and program supplies
• Displaying inappropriate sexual behavior towards others, including comments, gestures, and physical interactions
• Unsupervised leaving of the group, causing a safety concern
• Ignoring safety instructions and other guidance from staff
Depending on the seriousness of the incident, if a member of the Day Camp community engages in any of the behaviors listed above, a camper may be withdrawn from camp.

I understand that failure to follow these expectations may result in consequences, including removal from the camp, depending on the seriousness of the incident. I agree to support camp staff in promoting a safe and positive experience for all campers
