Gym Rules
(Show-Hide Details)
CONDUCT
It is a requirement of entry to the Facility that all Members/Clients and guests follow the instructions of management including rules, regulations and policies as published, distributed or posted from time to time online or in the Facility.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to classes or the Facility or cancel a membership if conduct interferes with the safety or comfort of the Client, other Clients, guest, staff or participant in the program.
Parents, please refrain from distracting the children during their classes. For safety reasons do not enter the gym, do not open the door and do not call out or give direction to your child from the parents viewing areas.
Children who are in the Facility but not participating in classes are to remain under the direct care of an adult at all times. Only participants under the direct supervision of a coach may enter the gymnastics area. All others must refrain from using any gymnastics equipment. Viewing areas are meant for waiting and viewing only. Participants, parents, guests, etc., are not to use these areas for any physical activity or horseplay.
Parents and Spectators, if you see something or hear something that you don't like or don't understand while at KSG-M, please speak to the Office Manager, Floor supervisor, send an email, or request a meeting with management, rather than engaging in negative LOBBY TALK about other people’s children, other parents/spectators, our employees or the club. REMEMBER we have an OPEN-DOOR POLICY AT KSG-M and we are here to support ALL children and ALL families who want to enjoy participating in a gymnastics class, tumbling class or any other programs. At KSG-M we strive to support parents, as we believe it takes a village to raise a child. Let's work together and remember to BE KIND!
KEEP OUR FACILITY CLEAN
STREET SHOES ARE NOT ALLOWED PAST THE ENTRANCE OF THE FACILITY. ALL ADULTS AND CHILDREN MUST REMOVE THEIR OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR AT THE FRONT DOOR. Adults are welcome to bring their own indoor shoes or slippers.
NO FOOD, DRINK (water in water bottle permitted), CANDY OR GUM IS PERMITTED IN THE GYM AT ANY TIME.
We take pride in our club. Please keep the facility as clean and tidy as possible.
MEDIA POLICY
Please be mindful if taking pictures / videos during programs. You may take footage of your own child / children so long as you are not disrupting classes, the flash function is not used and you do not include other participants unless you have consent from the parents and staff.
Clients are advised that from time to time their child’s image may be captured by photos or videos during training, regular or special events. Membership or participation in an event at KSG-M serves as an acknowledgement to use any images captured by KSG-M for the purposes of promotional material, media or other purposes without further permission being necessary. Personal information such as names will never be used or shared.
If Members or event participants do NOT want their images to be used in any promotional material, the Member or event participant must advise KSG-M accordingly. On request KSG-M will provide the participant with a form to complete, confirming the participant’s request.
I've read the above and agree.
