Our Sapphire Production routine is available for DKD alumni, current parents, and students aged 7 years and older! This performance will involve various sections appearing on and off stage to form a cohesive "production" and commemorate our Sapphire Jubilee!
Rehearsals will begin in the Spring semester, exact dates and times to be announced. Alumni who live out of town will be able to learn the dance through practice videos. Sapphire Production will have a final rehearsal before showtime.

I agree to the following fees being processed to the card on file for my participation in the Sapphire Production.
Alumni -$65 per person (This price covers studio rehearsals and practice video fees.)
Parent/child partner fee -$165 (Includes the parent recital participation fee and rehearsals for both parent and child, and practice video fees.)
All production dancers will need to purchase a Sapphire Jubilee t-shirt as part of their costume.

Registration & Financial Agreement

FALL/SPRING 2024-2025 REGISTRATION AGREEMENT- All Registration fees, Tuition fees, Trial fees, Recital Fees, Costume Fees, Competition Fees, Recital Fess, Installments and Deposit are due in advance and are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. I (we)understand that I am financially responsible for all months of the 2024-2025 Fall/Spring Session (September 2024 through May 23, 2025) unless I (we) give the Dorothy Keck Dancers formal notice in writing, using a withdrawal form obtained from the Dorothy Keck Dancers administration office. All notices to withdraw must be received before the 15th of the month PRIOR TO the month participation in classes will cease. Full monthly tuition is due in the month where notification is received. I (we)also understand that all pre-paid tuition including thirds payments, half-year payments, yearly payments, costume, competition and recital fees are non-refundable even if the above-registered student(s) fails to complete the session and formal notice is received. I (we) understand that the Dorothy Keck Dancers/JNS Inc. can dismiss a parent/student from the program at any time for any reason to protect the integrity of the business and the rights/safety of the owners, staff and current customers and all rights to previous paid fees will be forfeited. I (we)understand that all payments will be made by auto-payment between the 1st and 3rd of each month.
I (we) understand that the Dorothy Keck Dancers/JNS Inc. can dismiss a parent/student from the program at any time for any reason to protect the integrity of the business and the rights/safety of the owners, staff and current customers and all rights to previous paid fees will be forfeited.
The registration process is considered incomplete until registration fees and the first full months tuition is received. Class “spots” cannot be held without payment.
SUMMER 2023 REGISTRATION AGREEMENT All Deposits, Tuition fees, Trial fees, and Registration fees are due in advance upon registration and are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Any Summer 2024 tuition balances must be paid 5 days PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY of class.
I (we) understand that the Dorothy Keck Dancers/JNS Inc. can dismiss a parent/student from the program at any time for any reason to protect the integrity of the business and the rights/safety of the owners, staff and current customers and all rights to previous paid fees will be forfeited.

In consideration of the benefits derived from the Dorothy Keck Dancers/JNS, Inc, I (we) do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless, release and discharge the sponsoring organization of said Dorothy Keck Dancers/JNS, Inc of San Antonio, Texas, its agents, servants or employees, from any and all claims for personal injuries or property damage occurring to or sustained by our (my) boy or girl while participating in said dance activity or while in the act of being transported to and from said activity or activities related to dance and including any and all consequential damage claims which I (we) may be entitled to recover from said injury or property damage claim.

I(we) understand that any photographs/videos taken of the students by the Dorothy Keck Dancers may be used in advertisements such as brochures and web sites for promotional purposes of the Dorothy Keck Dancers and registration in this program/class(es) grants permission to the Dorothy Keck Dancers for photographs to be used for promotional use. Student’s full name(s) will not be published with any photographs/videos used by the Dorothy Keck Dancers.
