Welcome to a magical kingdom where every girl can become a princess!
At this camp, little royals will spend their days dancing, playing, and learning what it takes to be a true princess- kindness, bravery, and confidence!
Each day we will focus on a different princess with themed crafts, games and stories.
At the end of the week, we will be treating the campers to the royal treatment with updos, sparkly makeup, and manicures. Princess dresses and walking the red carpet is a must in this camp!
Supervised time in our Play Palace is also included. Snack will be provided, please bring a water bottle every day.
This is a five day camp running from August 17 - 21.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that there are risks of physical injury associated with, arising out of, and inherent to the activity of dance. In recognition of the acknowledged risk of injury, I knowingly and voluntarily waive all right and/or causes of action of any kind, including all claims of negligence arising as a result of such activity from which liability could accrue to The King's Dancers, its' members, officers, agents, employees, instructors, assistants, subsidiaries, and all affiliated entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Once Upon A Time Center".

Release of Liability

I hereby agree to release Once Upon A Time Center and hold Once Upon A Time Center harmless of all liability, and hereby acknowledge and I knowingly assume full responsibility for all risks of physical injury or illness arising out of active participation in dance on behalf of the participant. I am aware that this is a release of liability and an acknowledgement of my voluntary and knowing assumption of the risk of injury. I have signed this document voluntarily and of my own free will in exchange for the privilege of participation. I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and that of my child(ren), and agree not to exceed them. If I am signing this waiver for my children, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these rights.
