Already a customer? Click here to login. This is the registration form for dancers ages 15-18+. Please fill out all the information. There is an audition fee for all dancers. A $30 audition fee will be charged for Dayton Ballet School students and $35 for dancers from any other school/studio. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the audition. Female dancers: wear leotard, tights, and ballet shoes. Bring pointe shoes if applicable. Male dancers: wear black tights or pants and white shirt, and ballet shoes. No resumes, headshots or photos need to be brought. Dancers auditioning need to be available for all rehearsals and performances. The dates and times will become available on our website soon!
