In this workshop, beginning students will get a thourough introduction to this unique apparatus and students with some previous experience will explore more challenging variations on beginner skills. We'll cover rock, roll with a partner, cartwheels, basic flips, and some spiral. Come ready to work hard and have tons of fun! All heights welcome.
