Gev Manoukian will back at TDC on August 24 & 25 to teach a hip hop workshop! We are flying him in from Los Angeles to work with our dancers at our studio for the weekend! If you haven't experienced hip hop class with Gev, don't miss out! He's incredibly talented AND very encouraging...wonderful with the students! This workshop is for dancers ages 12+ and mandatory for Club TDC Hip Hop CREW. Workshop dates and times are as follows:
Saturday, August 24: 11:45a -1:15p
Sunday, August 25: 10:45a-12:15p
Cost for the 2-day workshop is $70.00.

REGISTRATION and TUITION

There is no registration fee for weekend and guest workshops.
All tuition rates include TDC's convenience/processing fees.
Workshop fees are due at time of registration and are non-refundable. Your credit card or ACH will be charged for the workshop upon registration.
TDC reserves the right to make necessary changes and updates to our policies. We will contact you through the Parent Portal regarding any changes.
TDC reserves the right to cancel, change or reschedule a workshop based on attendance and/or registration. Upon event cancellation, you would be given a refund for the amount you paid upon registration.

COLLECTION OF UNPAID BALANCES

In the event TDC is required to take legal action to collect any unpaid balance from client, client acknowledges and agrees that, in addition to all damages related to the unpaid balance, TDC shall also be entitled to recovery and reimbursement of all its costs and expenses incurred in connection with such legal action, including reasonable attorney's fees, from client.

PARKING and DROP-OFF

Parking for TDC is behind the building. Parking at the upper level is available after 5:00 pm on weekdays and anytime on Saturday and Sunday. Additional parking is available towards the southwest end of Smith Court at: Stoneridge Building, 20006 Detroit Rd.
Do not park in front of the building directly across the street from TDC - they only have a few spots for their clients and will tow unauthorized vehicles.
The drive at the south side of TDC building is a 2-way drive leading to TDC's main entrance in the back. Students may also be dropped off at the front of the building via the semi-circular drive. Students should not be dropped off upstairs and left to wait alone in the (upstairs) lobby. Students who have class in studio T (upstairs) should wait in the downstairs main lobby until the teacher arrives and class begins.
Do not block the drive on the south side of the building. As a courtesy to those trying to leave the parking lot, and to help keep traffic moving, if you are blocking the flow of traffic at the semi-circular drive in front of the building, please leave the parking lot and re-enter.
Do not keep vehicles idling by open windows and be sure to turn off headlights if facing the mirrors in the studio. Headlights reflecting off the studio mirrors are very distracting.
Students should be picked up promptly after class unless special arrangements are made ahead of time.
If waiting for a ride, students should wait quietly inside the building, not in the parking lot.

OTHER POLICIES

* Traditional classroom etiquette is expected. Disruptive students may be removed and barred from a class or the studio.
* Students and families waiting in the lobby, must be respectful of classes in progress. Keep noise to a minimum and do not tap on the observation windows ~ it is extremely distracting to the students in the classroom. We reserve the right to close the blinds in situations where the dancers become distracted by action in the lobby.
* Parents keep younger children supervised at all times.
* Do not rest or put soles of shoes on the wall.
* Please respect the studio & clean up after yourself ~ students, this includes the locker room!!
* No food, gum or open liquid containers in the studios.
* No lotion, powder, talc, rosin or water on the floors.
* Observers are not allowed in the studio at any time.

IMAGE RELEASE

I hereby irrevocably consent to TDC's use of my child's name and likeness, including her/his performance, voice and image in any form, whether via still photography, audio and/or video recording, or otherwise ("Media"), that are taken and/or recorded during class time, performances, etc. I authorize TDC to use all such Media on their website, in printed material, and/or all other internet and social media without further consideration.
I agree that TDC shall own all right, title and interest to such Media (including all content and all rights embodied therein) and that it may use, edit, modify, and distribute the Media, without limitation, and without compensation, further permission or notification to me. I hereby waive any inspection or approval of use. I also waive and release TDC, and all its owners, employees, agents, and representatives, from any claims based upon invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, false endorsement, or claim of visual or audio alteration or faulty mechanical reproduction.

RECORDING

TDC respects the privacy of our customers. STILL PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDERS ARE RESTRICTED AT ALL TIMES INSIDE THE STUDIO unless approved in writing by the studio (see Heidi Glynias), the teacher and anyone captured.
Your electronic signature is required to confirm your child's registration. It indicates you have read and accepted our Studio Policies as listed above. I understand that submission of this online registration includes my electronic signature and that my electronic signature requires my understanding and acceptance of The Dance Centre by Heidi Glynias LLC ("TDC") studio policies and conditions.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I fully acknowledge and understand that dance class participation frequently includes exercise, bodily contact and other associated dangers, which may result in property damage or personal injury to my child. I hereby assume such risks and further covenant not to sue TDC, or any of its owners, employees, agents and/or representatives, for any and all loss or damage, including property damage, personal injury, and disability, arising out of or in any way related to my child's enrollment at TDC. I hereby agree to fully assume the risk and full responsibility of all such injury, loss, damage, and disability due to the negligence of others, including those being released herein, and on behalf of myself, my spouse, my child, and my next of kin. I acknowledge that I have read this liability waiver and that I am waiving any claim as set forth herein for myself, my child, my spouse, and my next of kin, and that I forever release, discharge, and will hold TDC, including its owners, employees, agents, and representatives, harmless from any such claims or actions. I understand that TDC and its agents urges for all students to obtain a physical examination from their physician prior to attending any class.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL RELEASE

In the event my child requires medical care for any reason, I hereby authorize and give my consent to TDC, and its owners, employees, agents, and/or representatives, to seek such care on behalf of my child and/or transfer my child to any hospital or medical facility at my sole cost and expense. If possible, TDC will make reasonable attempts to contact me at the phone number(s) listed in my online Parent Portal prior to seeking such care and treatment for my child. I further agree that it is my sole and absolute responsibility to pay for the cost of any such care and treatment and that I will indemnify and hold TDC, including its owners, employees, agents, and/or representatives, harmless from all such costs.
