During this clinic our Walkover athletes will work to improve their back and shoulder flexibility, work on drills to improve their front and back walkovers, cartwheels, and roundoffs. A backbend kick over is necessary to participate. Preregistration is required.

In exchange for participation in the activity of Cheerleading and Tumbling organized by Envy Athletics, use of the property, facilities, and services of Envy Athletics, I agree for myself and (if applicable) for the members of my family, to the following:
1. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by Envy Athletics, or the employees, representatives, or agents of Envy Athletics.
2. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, and further release and discharge Envy Athletics for injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of Envy Athletics, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, Envy Athletics or other third parties.
3. I agree to indemnify and defend Envy Athletics against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of Envy Athletics.
4. I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of Envy Athletics caused by my or my family's negligent, reckless, or willful actions.
5. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Nevada law?

By signing this agreement, I have fully read, understand, and agree and will abide by all information included in the Vegas Cheer Company Elite Handbook. I hereby consent to have my child participate in the all-star cheerleading program offered by Vegas Cheer Company. The risks involved in respect to such a program are fully understood. It is hereby agreed that I, my child/adopted or otherwise, my executors, waive and release all rights and claims for damages that I or my child may have at any time against Vegas Cheer Company and their representatives whether paid or volunteer, for any injury, permanent disability, or death in connection with all of Vegas Cheer Company programs or other activities related to Vegas Cheer Company. I certify that I have medical insurance on my child that will provide coverage while he/she is enrolled. I further give permission for photographs, videos, and/or audiotapes of my child to be used in print or broadcast or on social media as deemed appropriate for the promotion of Vegas Cheer Company activities.
