Fees

Participants parent(s)/guardian agrees to pay the total camp fee of $180 members and $190 non-members upfront upon enrollment to secure. Parent(s)/Guardian understands and acknowledges that the Camp Fee is non-refundable.

Transfer of Fees

Participants parent(s)/guardian understands and agrees that while the Camp Fee is non-refundable, it may be transferred to another available camp session during the summer of 2026, subject to availability and approval by the Camp Administrative Staff. Parent(s)/Guardian must request the transfer via email AT LEAST 7 days prior to the commencement of the originally scheduled camp session.

Camp Policies

Failure to comply with these rules may result in dismissal from the Camp Program without refund or transfer of fees. Camp Information can be found on our website under "Summer Camp" and scroll to the bottom to retrieve welcome letter.

Health and Safety

Participants parent(s)/guardian agrees to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs of the Participant to the Camp prior to the start of the Camp Program. Participant also agrees to comply with any health and safety protocols implemented by the Camp. If your child is sick, or displaying illness type symptoms, please refrain from bringing your child to camp that day to prevent potential spread of illness.

Liability Waiver
