Cheer Clinic Fee: $250 per athlete

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT POLICY
A minimum $50 deposit is required to reserve an athlete’s spot in the Cheer Clinic.
All remaining balances are due by October 1, 2026 and will be ran on the card on file
Registrations submitted after October 1, 2026 must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Registration will remain open through October 9, 2026, subject to space availability.
CAMP T-SHIRT: All registered Cheer Clinic athletes will receive an official Camp of Champions T-shirt.

Cancellation Policies

The $50 deposit is required to reserve your athlete’s spot.
Refund requests made before October 1, 2026 may be reviewed by Rigert Elite Gymnastics. After October 1, 2026, camp payments are non-refundable unless Rigert Elite Gymnastics cancels the camp.
No refunds or credits will be given for missed camp time, late arrival, early pick-up, illness, schedule conflicts, or athlete choice not to attend after the payment deadline.
If the cheer clinic is cancelled by Rigert Elite Gymnastics, families will receive information regarding refund or credit options.

Release of Liability

I acknowledge that participation in gymnastics/cheer programs entails known and unknown risk that could result in physical or emotional injury, financial distress, broken bones, paralysis, or death.
I hereby agree that myself or my child, adopted or otherwise, my heir or executors, waive and release all rights and claims that I may have at any time against Rigert Elite Gymnastics or its representatives, whether paid or volunteer, for any injury or damages in connection with the activities offered at Rigert Elite Gymnastics.
I understand the risk of injury from other participants and various matting and obstacles in the gym. If I or my child/ward is injured, I or my child/ward may require medical assistance, at my own expense. I expressly agree and promise to accept all risk existing in this activity. My participation or my child/ward participation in this activity is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate in spite of the risks.

What to Bring

Athletes should bring a water bottle, appropriate cheer attire, snacks, and any necessary personal items.

Private Lessons

Please note that private lessons with the coaches will be available to sign up for during check in on day one and the sign up sheets will be available throughout the weekend as long as spots are still available. The lessons are in 30 minute increments and can be done with up to 2 athletes per lesson. Private lessons are $65/half hour for one child or you can do 2 kids in one lesson for $50 each child ($100 total for 2 kids for half hour) Private lessons are paid directly to the coach who you do the lesson with and due at the time of the private lesson.

Medical Information

Parents/guardians are responsible for making sure all athlete medical information, emergency contacts, allergies, and relevant health needs are accurate and up to date in Jackrabbit before camp begins.
If your athlete has a medical condition, injury, allergy, medication need, or other concern that staff should be aware of, please notify Rigert Elite Gymnastics before camp.
