All party guests MUST sign in on the general waiver located on the front desk prior to entering the gym.
Parents or Legal Guardians: By Electronically signing this agreement, you acknowledge and accept the following waiver, release of liability and assumption of risk.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY
AGREEMENT
In consideration of participating in the Metzlers Gymnastics Center, I represent that I understand the nature of this Activity and that I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such Activity. I acknowledge that if I believe event conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue participation in the activity. I fully understand that this Activity involves risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death, which may be caused by my own actions, or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the conditions in which the event takes place, or the negligence of the releasees named below; and that there may be the other risks either not known to me or nor readily foreseeable at this time; and I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, cost, and damages I incur as a result of my participation in the Activity.
I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Waterford Gymnastics Center, LLC, its respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the Activity takes place, (each considered one of the RELEASEES herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages, on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations and future agree that if, despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against any of the Releasees, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, which any may incur as the result of such claim.
I have read the RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it and have signed it freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.

The final head count will be taken on the day of the party. Any children playing in the gym during the party (walking age and up) will be included in the headcount and final cost of the party.

I acknowledge, understand, appreciate and agree that my participation may result in possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including, but not limited to, MRSA, Influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation and exposure.

I understand that no parents of persons above 18 years of age are allowed on the equipment in the gym under any circumstances. Parents may walk out into the gym during the party and all food and drink is left inside the party room (including coffee cups/mugs).

No food fights are allowed anywhere on premises including the parking lot. No silly string or confetti is allowed anywhere on premises including the parking lot. No pins may be pushed into the wall in the party room. Any tape used to hang decorations as well as any party decorations MUST be removed from the room and walls prior to exiting the party room. ABSOLUTELY NO CANDY, FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THE PARTY ROOM!! Please throw all of your trash away in the trash can provided prior to exiting the room. Staff members will sweep, wipe down tables and empty the trash cans for you. The person booking this party will be financially accountable for any property or equipment damage or necessary cleaning fees if party room etiquette/Facility rules are not followed.

In the event of inclement weather, I understand that my party may be canceled and rescheduled if travel is deemed unsafe for staff and party guests, at which time I would need to reschedule for the next available date.

I understand that the party fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your credit card will be billed the at the time of booking online. Any additional fees such as extra party time or additional party children will be added into the amount billed. I agree that any additional children over the 15 included or extra time will be billed separately to the credit card on file on the Monday following the party.

I understand that party parents may arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of their party time to set up the party room. I also understand that I have 30 minutes to exit the party room at the completion of my party time. Failure to exit the party in a timely manner will result in the extra half hour fee of $50 being billed to the party parent. Please be mindful during party clean up as the next party parent may be waiting to come in and set up and we want to ensure every parent gets the time they need to prepare for their child's special day!
