I understand that the full fee is due at registration. Bank draft and credit cards will be charged 5-7 business days after registration is completed. The balance due will be charged 5 days prior to the summer camp start day. If bringing in payment, please email info@mcdanceco.com. I understand that ALL fees are nonrefundable.

This registration is for one camp day. You must register for each camp separately.

*If a camp has less than 5 participants the camp will be cancelled and all fees refunded.

I agree to assume all risks incidental to my child (s) participation in dancing and I hereby release MC Dance from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, and/or expenses arising from or in any way connected with my participation in all activities conducted by MC Dance.


I hereby agree that MC Dance, its owners, officers, and instructors are not in any capacity personally responsible or liable for any injuries or damage resulting from my participation in any MC Dance Summer Dance Camp. I acknowledge and assume any and all risk associated with this.

I understand that MC Dance does not issue refunds for any reason, including missed classes due to illness, vacation, religious observance.

If there are less than 5 students enrolled in the camp a full refund will be issued and the camp will be cancelled.

These approved snacks will be handed out through the week: Animal Crackers/Pretzels/Banana/Fruit Snack, Apples/Grapes, Cheese/Crackers, Carrots, Mini Cookies. If you do not approve of these snacks or your child is allergic please email info@mcdanceco.com DANCERS NEED TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN DRINK IN A CLOSED CONTAINER. You can also bring snacks and a drink for your child during camp.

Dancer Attire: Princess Attire, Ballet Shoes or Dance Leotard of any color, ballet skirt, ruffle socks and ballet shoes. We also encourage them to dress the theme of the day.
