Registration

RISE, Debbie Allen Dance Academy’s Musical Theater program, offers training in acting, dance, performance, and voice. All aspects of an artist’s experience, from the audition process to backstage etiquette and taking direction, are put into motion under the direction of Ms. Allen and her master teachers. An industry showcase for casting directors, agents, managers, and other industry professionals is presented at the end of each semester.

Rolling Video Auditions

Full year program runs September 8, 2026 - May 2027

Video Audition Requirements:

Audition Fee $25

EARLY RISE - 5-7 year olds: 2.5 min max: sing a song a cappella, read a poem, demonstrate dance ability.

RISE - 8-19 year olds: 3 min max: 1 minute a cappella song, 1 minute dance, 1 minute monologue.
