ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

I understand that participation in dance, conditioning, and physical training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, muscle strain, falls, or other physical harm.

I voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless Alouettes Academy of the Arts, Alouettes Group Corp., its owners, directors, instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in Technique Camp 2026.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

I authorize Alouettes Academy of the Arts staff to seek medical care for the participant in case of emergency if I cannot be reached. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

I confirm the participant is physically able to participate in all activities.

CONDUCT & PARTICIPATION

Participants are expected to arrive on time, follow instructions, and maintain respectful behavior at all times.

Alouettes Academy reserves the right to dismiss any participant for unsafe or inappropriate behavior without refund.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

Consistent attendance is important for proper training. Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

TUITION & REFUND POLICY

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once registration is completed.

No refunds will be issued for missed days, withdrawal, or scheduling conflicts. Any exception is at the sole discretion of Alouettes Academy of the Arts.

SCHEDULE CHANGES

Alouettes Academy reserves the right to adjust schedules, instructors, or program structure if necessary.

If the camp is canceled by the academy, a credit or refund will be issued.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I grant permission for Alouettes Academy of the Arts and Alouettes Group Corp. to use photos and videos of the participant for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Alouettes Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Participants should not attend if they are feeling unwell and must follow all studio safety guidelines.
