I have chosen to have my child participate in dance instruction or other instruction given by Rhythms of Grace, LLC. I acknowledge that I understand the nature of the activities my child will be participating in and the possibility that despite precautions, accidents and/or physical injury may occur. I/we agree to release and hold harmless Rhythms of Grace, LLC, including its teachers and staff members from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold Rhythms of Grace, LLC, liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage or loss, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes or which may occur at any Rhythms of Grace sponsored event outside the studio.

I authorize and agree that Rhythms of Grace, LLC may take and use photographs, videos or likenesses of myself or my child as needed for its record-keeping, advertising, social media, and/or public relations projects and that I have no rights to the same and will not be compensated for the same. Objections to this must be made in writing.

Dancers Entering the Building: For the safety of our students, the only student entrance for dance classes is the front door. Drop off should occur no more than 15 minutes prior to the beginning of your dancer's class. Parents are not allowed in the dance classroom with the students. Exiting the Building: Dancers should never exit the building without a guardian. Unless your dancer is 16 years old and has car keys in her hand, we will not allow her to exit through the front or back door into the parking lot. Please communicate this with your dancer. If you dancers choose to break this rule for any reason Rhythms of Grace is not liable for anything that occurs outside of the studio.

"CURRENT Dancers (Current Tiny Tutus thru Royal Rhythms ROG Dancers): There is no payment due at time of registration if registration takes place prior to July 1. All payments for summer classes and camps will be processed on July 1, 2025. Payments will be processed within 1 business day for registrations that occur on or after July 1. All money paid is non-refundable and non-transferable, even if your dancer does not attend for any reason. *Class schedule change/cancellation may occur if the minimum participant requirement is not met or is not sustained. In this event, you will be contacted and a refund will be issued.

NEW Dancers (Dancers Not Enrolled in Tiny Tutus thru Royal Rhythms as of March 2025): Payment will be processed within 1 business day with the payment method provided during registration. All money paid is non-refundable and non-transferable, even if your dancer does not attend for any reason. *Class schedule change/cancellation may occur if the minimum participant requirement is not met or is not sustained. If you choose to use a debit/credit card a credit card processing fee will be added for all payments. The fee will be in the amount of 30 cents plus 2.65% of the amount charged. (Don't forget, you can avoid the processing fee by paying with your ACH checking account on your dance account instead of debit/credit cards.)

"If your child is contagious with an illness (such as flu, Covid, ringworm, skin infection, lice, etc.) OR has had a fever within 24 hours of her class, please stay home to help prevent the spread of any such illness to others.

ROG cannot guarantee that all families are adhering to this policy.

COVID-19 and other illnesses are extremely contagious and are believed to spread mainly from person to person contact. ROG has put in place preventive measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and any other illness; however the studio cannot guarantee that you or your child will not become infected with COVID-19 or any other virus or illness. Further, attending ROG could increase your risk and your child's risk of contracting an illness. By reading and accepting, you are agreeing to a legally-binding UNCONDITIONAL AND FULL TO GENERAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE."

2. You are listed as a ""contact"" on the student's dance account.

If there is anyone listed as a parent/guardian contact on your dance account that you do NOT wish to have authorization to charge the card on file, please remove them from your contacts list in your dance account. "Tiny Tutu classes take place in our Purple Palace building. Parents are not able to accompany their Tiny Tutu dancer into the dance classroom or in the “Ready Rug” student area. You can drop off and return for pick up, or you can utilize our family waiting area in the Purple Palace. If you utilize the waiting area, you agree to model behavior and language that is positive, respectful, and appropriate for preschoolers. Siblings who accompany you in the waiting area must be supervised at all times.

These preschool dancers are little, and sometimes they experience some separation anxiety - especially at the beginning of the year. This is normal, and we are more than willing to help!

15 minutes prior to the class start time dancers can be dropped off. They'll spend that time on the ""Ready Rug"" where they can read books and play with dolls along with their peers and teachers. If they are feeling a bit fussy or having some separation anxiety during that drop-off transition time, we will do everything we can to help them become comfortable with the space. We may walk them back and forth to the Courtyard area to see that you haven't disappeared and that they are safe during that time.

When it is time for class to begin, we will stop making trips to and from the Courtyard. Our teachers will keep them in the dance classroom unless they are crying for more than one minute at a level that is disruptive to the other dancers. We will contact families of any little ones who are inconsolable. If you are in the Courtyard family area we will bring her to you. If you are not, we will give you a call.

For safety of student supervision and the quality of the class time, we cannot walk students to and from the dance classroom to the Courtyard family waiting area during class sessions. If your dancer must leave the dance class to be with a family member after class has begun she unfortunately won’t be able to return to class that day."

If enrolling in Tiny Tutus Dance Camps during the summer, I understand that my child must be 3 years old by the first day of camp and must be fully potty-trained.
