Live Stream Purchase Agreement

1. Refund and Exchange Policy. There are NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES. All sales are final.
2. Event Confirmation. Please be sure to record/save your live stream link confirmation, as this is required for replacing lost and locating reservations. The event confirmation is NOT the live stream link.
3. Live stream link Delivery. On the day of the event, you will have a live stream link sent to the email address listed on this reservation. If you do not receive a link, please contact White Marsh Ballet Academy at whitemarshballetacademy@gmail.com.
4. Performance Cancellation or Date/Time Change Policy. If a performance is cancelled for any reason other than “force majeure,” (see Clause 4a below), White Marsh Ballet will not refund the value of any live stream links purchased for said performance. White Marsh Ballet academy will accommodate you at subsequent performances options.
White Marsh Ballet Academy reserves the right to change the date and/or time of any performance of the originally scheduled date of the performance.
4a. Force Majeure. White Marsh Ballet does not guarantee a refund or exchange on live stream links purchased for a performance that is cancelled, or is rescheduled, as a result of “force majeure.” “Force majeure” means any event which White Marsh Ballet could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside White Marsh Ballet’s control. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling due to force majeure, White Marsh Ballet will accommodate you at subsequent shows when possible.
5. Reproduction Policy. It is unlawful to reproduce or share any part of purchase live stream performance in any form.
6. Agreement. Submitting a live stream link order Reservation indicates your AGREEMENT to these terms and conditions.
