1. Weather Conditions. White Marsh Ballet Academy, Inc. does not offer refunds for poor weather conditions. In the case of a natural disaster, we'll contact the event's venue for a date to reschedule the performance and tickets will be transferable only to the rescheduled date. In general, all sales are final.
2. Refund Policy. There are NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES. All ticket sales are final.
3. Mail Delivery. If you choose to have your tickets mailed to you, they will arrive within 7-10 business days. If your tickets have not arrived within 10 days after placing the order, please call White Marsh Ballet Academy at 410-931-3844.
4. Review Upon Receipt. Please review your tickets and confirmation upon receipt. If any detail of your order is incorrect, please contact White Marsh Ballet academy immediately at 410-931-3844. White Marsh Ballet academy will not be responsible for any discrepancies if you do not contact the box office within 24 hours after receiving your tickets.
5. Will Call. Will Call opens one half hour prior to each performance and remains open until the performance begins. Identification is required for Will Call pick-up
6. Consecutive Seating. Ticket Purchaser understands that this tickets will be given according to the next consecutive seats available. For specific seat choices, tickets must be ordered In person at WMBA or over the phone at 410-931-3844.
7. Performance Cancellation or Date/Time Change Policy. If a performance is cancelled for any reason White Marsh Ballet Academy will accommodate you at subsequent performances when possible. A performance is not considered “cancelled” if it is stopped at any point after it has begun, in which case White Marsh Ballet academy is not required to refund the value of any tickets purchased for said performance. On the rare occasion that an event is postponed or cancelled, notice of cancellation will be posted at whitemarshballetacademy.com. It is the ticket purchaser’s responsibility to check for cancellations.
9. Reproduction Policy. It is unlawful to reproduce any tickets in any form. In the event of reproduction, White Marsh Ballet academy reserves the right to refuse entry to the original purchaser as well as any person attempting to attend a performance with reproduced tickets.
