Policies
(Show-Hide Details)
Rescheduling:
Please choose carefully when enrolling in a class. Once the session has started, rescheduling can be very disruptive for the individual student and for the class. Within the first 2 weeks, changes may be made in certain circumstances (space permitting) and are subject to approval by the Board of Instructors. There will be no class changes after the second week of each session.
Missed Classes/Make-ups:
Regular class attendance is suggested to maintain continued development in gymnastics. There are NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS for missed classes. One make-up per session is offered with no questions asked. Additional make-ups are only afforded to children who missed class due to illness, injury, funeral, school obligation, or religious holiday. Due to class ratio and class conformity issues, Sokol will no longer offer make up classes during another class. Make ups must be scheduled via our website in an age appropriate drop-in class (space permitting). Drop-in classes will appear on the schedule in the last 4 weeks of the session. Send us an email indicating why a regular class was missed and which drop-in class will be used for the make-up. If we do not receive an email with this information, you may be charged for the additional class. Drop-in classes with less than 5 students enrolled as of 24 hours before class are subject to cancellation. Students and families will be notified via email in the event of a cancellation.

For the safety and comfort of your kids, please adhere to the following guidelines for clothing and accessories.
