Knowing these facts, I and anyone entitled to act on my behalf hold Tilton's Gymnastics Studio free from liability or claims of any kind arising from any injury or loss.

I specifically assume all risks of injury while my son, daughter or dependent is using any of the equipment or facilities or parking lot, at Tilton's Acrobatics and Tumbling, LLC studio. Including, but not limited to, the crash mats, take off boards, tumbltrak, and any participation on the gymnastic mats and related equipment.

Fun Night is $50 per child. Registration is required for billing purposes. We do not offer refunds, but we will credit your account with us to use at a future Friday Fun Night or if you have a current student with us, we can apply the credit towards tuition. There is a $20.00 NSF fee on all Credit and Debit cards returned with no funds. We do not accept checks or money orders or cash, we are completely paperless. All exchanges of monies must be done via the Customer Portal or card payment at the studio prior to Open Gym Session. We do not exchange any cash money at the studio or with teachers. I understand that my child's picture may be taken or maybe filmed while participating in activities at Tilton's Acrobatics and Tumbling. I understand that if I do not wish to have my child's pictures/videos taken, that I will email the studio upon registration at maxineb@tiltonsgymnastics.com. Otherwise, I automatically authorize Tilton's to use and publish images, photographs, pictures, audio, and video for use in all forms of social media and publications including, but not limited to, advertising and marketing campaigns, press releases, periodicals, and website use. I release Tilton's from any claims I may have against it for use of such images, photographs, pictures, portraits, and audio, video and/or film footage of my child. Photos and videos taken will be used for social media outreach, website, and advertising/marketing campaigns.
