Get ready for an unforgettable onstage journey in "The Wild Life: A Tropical Stage Adventure"! This high-energy musical revue is custom-tailored for performers ages 5–8, featuring hit songs you know and love. Campers will explore foundational skills in singing, dancing, and acting while performing as tropical tourists and jungle animals. Best of all, our intimate cast size ensures every single child receives a guaranteed speaking role and plenty of spotlight center-stage!
Campers will perform @ Rivertown Theater's Lagniappe Stage. Fee: $400 ($150 non-refundable deposit at registration, $250 non-refundable charged May 1)

A $150 non-refundable deposit is due at time of registration, and the balance will be automatically charged to your credit card on May 1st. After May 1st, full camp fee is due at time of registration.

Withdrawals and Refunds

We hire instructors and prepare camps based on our enrollment. Deposits for summer sessions are non-refundable.
A partial refund for any summer session is only available if the session is not full or the spot can be filled by the waitlist, and a 30-day notice from the first day of each session is required to receive a partial refund. Notice is given with a completed withdrawal form. No withdrawals will be accepted after 30 days prior to a session start date. Encore Studio and Theatre 13 reserve the right to terminate enrollment for any camper without notice due to behavioral issues, low attendance, or any circumstance caused by the camper that would be a hindrance to the summer camp or production. In such a case, a pro-rated refund for remaining days will be given (not including deposit)

Photo Release

Encore Studio and Theatre 13 are hereby granted permission to take photographs of the students to use in brochures, web sites, posters, advertisements and other promotional materials the studio creates. Permission is also hereby granted for Encore Studio and Theatre 13 to copyright such photographs in its name, and no payment

Waiver - Acknowlegement

I hereby confirm, as their parent/legal guardian, that I am allowing my child/children (Student/s) to participate in dance, tumbling, and other performing arts activities at Encore Dance Studio, Inc. dba Encore Studio and Theatre 13, LLC dba Rivertown Theaters (collectively ‘Studio’). I understand that dance, tumbling, and other activities as conducted and taught at the Studio have inherent risks of injury. I understand that these risks include, but are not limited to, muscle pain and pulls, broken bones, ankle and neck injuries, and other serious personal injuries. I understand and acknowledge that the Student is exposing himself/herself to such risks when undertaking dance, tumbling, and other performing arts activities. I understand that these risks cannot be fully eliminated from the activities in which the Student will participate. I understand that it is my responsibility as a guardian not to allow participation if there are any physical, emotional, behavioral or other problems that might compromise safe involvement. I understand and acknowledge that I have been advised of the need for the Student to be covered by adequate insurance to cover any injury or damages that may be suffered while participating in any and all activities conducted either on the premises of the Studio or during the course of any activity arising from any class, performance or other event relating to the Studio. I understand that the Studio will not be responsible for any such insurance costs. I understand that participation in any and all activities at the Studio is strictly voluntary. I understand and acknowledge that the Studio and any of its owners, employees, or instructors shall not be responsible for any property losses or damages suffered by the Student and/or any parent or guest of the Student resulting upon entry into the Studio or its surrounding property. My signature below is an acknowledgement of voluntary consent to allow my child to participate in dance, tumbling, and other performing arts activities.

Waiver of Liability

My e-signature indicates my understanding of the details of my child’s participation in activities at the Studio and the risks associated with them, including but not limited to injuries associated with dancing, tumbling, and other performing art activities. On behalf of my child, I voluntarily agree to accept any and all risks associated with these activities. ON BEHALF OF MY CHILD, I AGREE TO FOREVER HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE, AND RELEASE ENCORE DANCE STUDIO, INC. DBA ENCORE STUDIO, AND THEATRE 13, LLC DBA RIVERTOWN THEATERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, TRUSTEES, EMPLOYEES, INSURERS, OWNERS, SHAREHOLDERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES THEREOF, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INSTRUCTORS (HEREINAFTER “THE RELEASED GROUP”), FROM LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WHICH I, ANY OTHER PARENT OR GUARDIAN, ANY SIBLING, THE STUDENT, OR ANY OTHER PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION MAY HAVE OR CLAIM TO HAVE, ON MY BEHALF OR ON BEHALF OF MY CHILD, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR INJURIES, INCLUDING DEATH, ARISING FROM, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, OMISSIONS, OR FAULT, BY OR ON BEHALF OF THE RELEASED GROUP OR ANY MEMBER THEREOF.

Waiver - Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the RELEASED GROUP from and against any and all claims, demands, expenses, losses and liability arising out of personal injuries or death to any person or the damage, loss or destruction of any property which may occur or in any way grow out of any act or omission by my child or any and all costs, expenses and/or attorney fees incurred as a result of any claims, demands, and/or causes of action, through, or under my child which may arise as a result of his or her participation in activities at Encore Dance Studio, Inc. dba Encore Studio or Theatre 13, LLC dba Rivertown Theaters.

Waiver - Medical Agreement

If any emergency medical procedures or treatments are required during the Student’s participation in any and all activities associated with the Studio, I hereby consent to the instructor or staff taking, arranging for, or consenting to the procedures or treatment at his, her, or their discretion. The only time a decision will be made in regard to a serious injury or accident will be when extenuating circumstances prevent direct contact with parents/guardians regarding the matter. My signature below also indicates that the Student is in adequate physical condition to participate in activities at the Studio.

Electronic Signatures

The words "execution," "signed," "signature," and words of like import in this Agreement shall be deemed to include electronic signatures or the keeping of records in electronic form, each of which shall be of the same legal effect, validity or enforceability as a manually executed signature or the use of a paper-based recordkeeping system, as the case may be, to the extent and as provided for in any applicable law, including the Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, or any other similar state laws based on the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
