A $150 deposit is due at time of registration, and the balance will be automatically charged to your credit card on May 1st. After May 1st, full camp fee is due at time of registration.

Withdrawals and Refunds

We hire instructors and prepare camps based on our enrollment.
A 30-day notice from the first day of each session is required to receive a partial refund for any summer camp. Deposits for summer sessions are non-refundable. No withdrawals will be accepted after 30 days prior to a session start date. A withdrawal form must be filled out and dropped off or mailed to studio address. Encore Studio and Theatre 13 reserve the right to terminate enrollment for any camper without notice due to behavioral issues, low attendance, or any circumstance caused by the camper that would be a hindrance to the summer camp or production. In such a case, a pro-rated refund for remaining days will be given (not including deposit)

Liability Waiver and Photo Release

LIABILITY WAIVER: As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Encore Dance Studio, Inc. dba Encore Studio and Theatre 13, LLC, their owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Encore Dance Studio Inc. dba Encore Studio or Theatre 13, LLC dba Rivertown Theaters, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
We also require a signed 'Wavier of Liability' form listing the names of all students participating in camp. Students will not be allowed to participate in camp until the signed waiver form is returned to Encore Studio.
PHOTO RELEASE: Encore Studio and Theatre 13 are hereby granted permission to take photographs of the students to use in brochures, web sites, posters, advertisements and other promotional materials the studio creates. Permission is also hereby granted for Encore Studio and Theatre 13 to copyright such photographs in its name.
