Learn how to be stronger in all sports utilizing gymnastics! This camp is built around finding the fun in fitness workouts! We will incorporate classic movements, pushups, pull-ups, sit-ups, with cardiovascular fitness as well as Pilates and Yoga. Gymnastics provides overall strength, condition, and flexibility for overall wellness! This clinic is a great way to get in shape for any sport you are participating in or just to improve your overall fitness level.
