This 1-hour clinic will focus on the important skills and techniques involved with bars. During this clinic we will do some strengthening activities as well as work on skills and drills to help correct and learn techniques. This clinic is great if your gymnast is interested in improving their bars skills along with gaining extra muscle and working towards higher progressions!
