We are very excited to offer our ACE TRIBE Summer Day Camp Program. Summer Camp is one of the most exciting and memorable times in a child’s life. It’s a time for kids to activate their sense of adventure and expand the limits of their imagination. At the ACE TRIBE Summer Day Camp, every day is an opportunity for campers to make new friends, try new things and explore endless possibilities for fun.
Included activities:
– Classroom games including arts and crafts, science activities, indoor games and “brain games.”
– Gym games including obstacle courses, organized games like Capture the Flag, relay races, and more.
– Bounce houses & Open gym play
– WEEKLY Field Trips

*Morning and afternoon extended care is included in the weekly fee.

Assumption of Risk/Release of Liability

I fully understand that ACE of Birmingham and staff are not physicians or medical practitioners of any kind. With the above in mind, I hereby release the staff at ACE of Birmingham to render temporary first aid to my child or children in the event of any injury or illness, and if deemed necessary by the staff at ACE of Birmingham, to call a doctor and seek medical help, including transportation to any health care facility or hospital, or the calling of an ambulance for said child should the staff at ACE of Birmingham deem it necessary.
We, the staff at ACE of Birmingham, recognize our obligation to make our clients and their parents aware of the risks and hazards associated with the sport of cheerleading. Competitors may suffer injuries, possibly minor, serious or catastrophic in nature. These activities can be dangerous and can lead to injury. It is the parents who should make their children aware of the possibility of injury and encourage their children to follow all the safety rules and coaches' instructions.
The undersigned agree, ACE of Birmingham and its' staff members are not responsible for injuries sustained by any cheerleader during the course of tumbling, stunting, cheerleading, or dancing in which he/she may participate or while traveling to or from the event. With the above in mind, and being fully aware of the risks and possibility of injury involved, I consent to have my child or children participate in the programs offered by ACE of Birmingham. I, my heirs, executors, and other representatives, waive and release all rights and claims for damages that I or my child/children may have against ACE of Birmingham and or its' representatives whether paid or volunteer. I also affirm that I now have and will continue to provide hospitalization, health and accident insurance coverage that I consider adequate for both my child's protection and my own protection.

DEPOSITS AND WEEKLY FEES

Camp fees are $195 per week per child
Deposits will be required at the time of registration for each week. The deposit will hold your child’s spot for that particular week. Deposits are $15 per child per week. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another week.
All fees must be made via automatic payment with the method you set up your account with. Fees will be scheduled for payment on the due date of Wednesday prior to the week of care. You will be charged for each week that you reserve regardless of attendance unless you cancel the week according to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If a parent wishes to cancel a week, a 2-week advance written notice is required. Registration fees and weekly deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another week. No refunds or credits will be issued for requests not meeting the 2-week notice and the weekly balance will be considered due.
ACE Camps that do not reach the minimum enrollment by March 30th may be cancelled and a refund issued for any deposits paid.
