Sword & Yoga Fusion – Mindful Power in Motion Before we begin moving, you will have the opportunity to create your own “sword” with materials provided. We start with grounding breathwork and yoga postures to awaken flexibility and focus. Then, we transition into sword-based drills—refining stances, strikes, and flowing sequences that challenge strength, coordination, and mental clarity. Who is this class for? No experience? No problem! This class is for beginners and trained movers alike. With heavy repetition, everyone will have to chance for success.
