Join us for a deeply relaxing sound bath designed to bring peace, emotional balance, & energetic healing!
Class will begin with gentle breathwork to ground & center, followed by intention-setting to align with what you’re calling in - peace, clarity, abundance, love, or healing.
Megan will work to clear your energy field, guiding you through a meditative journey with crystal singing bowls which help to harmonize and restore balance!
Class will conclude with the soothing vibrations of a crystal pyramid to gently bring you back to the present moment leaving you grounded, aligned, and renewed.
Participants are welcome to bring yoga mats, pillows, bolsters and/or blankets for more comfort!

As a participant or participant's parent/legal guardian, I understand and agree, in any dance class, camp, workshop, specialty event, rehearsal, or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury, Covid-19 related illness, or death. I volunteer to agree to assume all risks and responsibilities of any such injury, which might occur to me or my child during any classes, rehearsals, and use of premises including the South Pacific Island Dancers Studio, any/all performance venues, and other outdoor properties along with performances of South Pacific Island Dancers LLC. I agree to waive any and all claims connected with South Pacific Island Dancers LLC. I fully release South Pacific Island Dancers LLC, owners, teachers, assistants, employees, guest teachers, and volunteers, from any and all claims of injuries, damages, illness non related or related to Covid-19, or loss, which my minor child or I may have or which may occur as a result of participation in South Pacific Island Dancers activities.
I grant my permission to South Pacific Island Dancers LLC to use photographs of students for publicity purposes, marketing purposes, and advertisement without former notice for studio related media.
