I acknowledge and understand the potential risk of injury, of contracting viruses, and other dangers inherent in obstacle training and other athletic or social activities sponsored by Brooklyn City Ninja Academy and PKNYC Inc., and I acknowledge the assumption of those risks for myself and all others listed on my account. I allow Brooklyn Ninja Academy (PKNYC Inc) and New York City Ninja to use photographs and video of me and all others listed on my account, including children, for promotional purposes, including but not limited to on the internet, websites, social media, advertising or other media. No names will ever be posted or tagged.

For and in consideration of athlete's registration with Brooklyn Ninja and PKNYC Inc., I as an athlete or as an athlete's parent and/or legal guardian or representative of other family members on my account, hereby release and forever discharge covenant not to sue, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brooklyn Ninja, or PKNYC Inc., its owners and employees and contractors, from any and all liabilities, claims, demands or causes of action that I may hereinafter have for injuries, virus contraction or transmission, or damages arising from participation in activities at Brooklyn Ninja or events which it may sponsor or be affiliated with or activities incidental thereto. This release includes but is not limited to injuries, damages or losses or illness caused by the passive or active negligence of the released parties or hidden, latent or obvious defects with the equipment sold or used.

Payment is due in full upon registration. Credit card payments are not charged upon registration, but will be processed within 24 hours, during which time all applicable discounts will be applied. For cash or check payments, registration must be done in person. Private lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. No refunds will be given for any private lesson cancelled with less than 24 hours. Refunds are subject to a processing fee. You have read and agree to all other general policies and procedures outlined on www.nycninja.com, including those for refunds and payment policies, age requirements, required attire, and any COVID safety procedures. No pets allowed.

I as a participant, or as a participant's parent and/or legal guardian or representative of other family members on my account, agree to follow Brooklyn Ninja Academy's and PKNYC Inc.'s behavior policy outlined on the website and understand that violation of these policies may result in expulsion. No student is permitted to join class more than 10 minutes late. Punctuality is important for the warm up, and latecomers disrupt class flow. Cost of class is non-refundable if missed because of lateness.
