A $50 deposit is required at time of booking to reserve each dancer’s spot. Fee is due per dancer and not per family. Deposit will be credited toward final payment of camp/event. Remaining fees for participation will be due 2 weeks prior to event start date. ALL accounts are required to have a credit/debit card on file for payment(s). All payments will be processed through our Parent Portal on your JackRabbit account. It is the Primary Billing Contact’s responsibility to ensure a proper credit card is on file. Once processed, there are no returns or exchanges for new payment. Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable once the event/camp has started.

Any dancer unable to attend each camp/event must inform Level 8 in writing via email: info@level8dance.com two weeks prior to event start.

Level 8 Dance is a cashless facility and we do not accept checks or Venmo. We accept all major credit cards for payment.

Dancers must arrive on time. Failure to do so may result in non-participation. Dancers must wear appropriate dance attire and shoes to class/camp. A water bottle is required for all classes at Level 8. Any other specific apparel, shoes, equipment, etc. needed for classes will be provided via the class description during enrollment.

Level 8 structures its classes and camps off of a general age system and proper leveling system. Classes are routinely defined by dancer’s abilities. Any level changes are at the discretion of the instructor. To maintain a proper level of curriculum there will be no makeup lessons or classes given for absences for any reason.

Parents and/or Guardians will not be allowed in the studio room at any time. All events/camps will have a final performance for parent/guardian viewing at the end of the session.

On behalf of myself and my children, I knowingly and voluntarily waive all right and/ or causes of action of any kind, including any and all claims of negligence arising as a result of such activity from which liability could accrue to Level 8 Dance LLC DBA Level 8, it's officers, agents, employees, instructors, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and all affiliated entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Level 8".) I understand that there are risks associated with, arising out of and inherent to the activities provided through Level 8 they include, but are not limited to, illness, injury and death. I hereby agree to release Level 8 and hold Level 8 harmless of all liability, and hereby acknowledge that I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks arising out of active participation in classes, performances and activities through Level 8 on behalf of myself, the legal guardian, and the participant/s. I am aware that this is a release of liability and an acknowledgement of my voluntary and knowing assumption of the associated risks. I have signed this document voluntarily and of my own free will in exchange for the privilege of participation. I also give Level 8 permission to use my child's picture in or on any form of advertisement or publication on behalf of Level 8 or a Level 8 affiliated event. (Please notify us in writing if pictures cannot be publicly displayed for any reason). The participants for whom I am registering have my permission to participate in all Level 8 classes, performances and activities. I warrant the information is complete and correct and that I do have the authority to act and speak on behalf of the participants I enroll in classes at Level 8. I further release Level 8 of all liabilities associated with my children(s) attendance at Level 8.
