I agree for my child to participate in the Etts holiday workshops. I agree that by letting my child participate in the 2026 workshop series any video footage and/or pictures taken by Ettingshausens may be used in promotional material by Ettingshausens via internal and external marketing.

If your child is no longer able to attend the workshop due to a serious injury/illness, please present your doctor’s certificate and we will be happy to organise a credit for a future workshop.
