Team tryouts for United Gymstars & Cheer’s USAG competitive teams will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 1:30–5:30 PM (times may be adjusted based on the number of athletes). Cost: $10 per gymnast Eligibility: Athletes must be age 5 by August 1, 2026 During tryouts, gymnasts will be evaluated on skill, strength, flexibility, and coachability. Following evaluations, athletes will be placed into one of the following: USAG Competitive Team, Pre-Team, Recreational Class adjustment or continued training with their current coach, with the opportunity for re-evaluation at the May 2026 tryout. This process ensures each gymnast is placed where they can best grow, thrive, and be successful in their gymnastics journey.
