I understand that it is my responsibility to attend the following classes: March 18, April 8, May 13, May 27, June 3, June 10, Dress Rehearsal June 12 @ 7:00, and the Recital on June 13 at 6:00pm. If I miss more then two of the classes then I will not be able to participate in the recital. I understand that a non-refundable deposit of $25 will be charged to my account upon registration. I will be charged $100 on April 20 and $75 on May 20. These payments are non-refundable upon receipt. I understand that I will be photographed and videotaped by Dance Center of LaGrange and their affiliates. The photos and videos are subject to use for advertising purposes without royalty.
