Halloween in the Oaks 2024

Registration Fee: $100
We are excited to host our 6th Annual Halloween Trick or Treat in the Oaks! We estimated over 700 trick or treaters came through the event last year for our biggest year yet!
As a vendor you are required to bring your own table, decorations, candy/handouts and any information on your business you would like to hand out to the trick or treaters and their families. We ask that vendors be completely set up by 4:30p as we tend to have some eager early birds each year!
Tables are available to rent for $10 for the event.
Crawfish Swim School is also offering the option to provide candy for your business. Deadline to order candy is Friday, October 4th. We will provide approximately 1400 pieces of candy for $150.

Halloween in the Oaks Registration Fee is $50. This is a one time payment processed to your credit card at the time of your event registration.
-This fee reserves you spot at our Halloween event and does NOT include a table, decorations and candy/handouts. You must provide your own table, decorations and candy/handouts unless you have chosen to have Crawfish Swim School provide any of these things for you.
-Due to the limited quantity and time Halloween in the Oaks vendor spaces are available for purchase, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable regardless of event participation.

Liability Waiver

I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crawfish Swim School, its management, directors and agents, members, associates and employees against any and all liability for any injury that may occur to myself while present at Crawfish Swim School's Halloween in the Oaks, regardless of the cause of the injury or damage. I also hereby agree to indemnify Crawfish Swim School, its management, directors and agents, members, associates and employees against any damages arising from any injury, property damage, claim, demand, action or cause of action by or on behalf of myself while on the premises of Crawfish Swim School, regardless of the cause of the injury or damage.
I agree to and hereby authorize any representative of Crawfish Aquatics Swim School to provide treatment in the event of any medical emergency which may arise and will pay all costs associated with any medical care and transportation for the participant(s).
