Registration
Ages 18+ – Dance & Company members and non-members welcome. Ballates is a 50 minute low-impact dance and fitness class with 25 minutes of basic ballet barre followed by 25 minutes of classical mat pilates exercises. During this 50 minute class, we will focus on musicality, body placement, stretching, stability and core strengthening. No prior ballet or mat pilates experience necessary to participate. The class will build from week to week as we continue to learn fundamental movements in ballet as well as pilates.
