Online registration closes at 8:00 pm the day before the event or when the event is full. Cancellations up until 5 p.m. the Friday before the event can choose another PNO date in the next two months to transfer to. Gymfinity must be notified before 5 pm on Friday (day before) in order to offer the transfer opportunity. Cancellations after 5 pm the Friday before the event will not be issued a credit, refund or transfer opportunity. Pizza will be served for dinner around 6:00 pm.
