Registration
This introductory course gives students the opportunity to explore the exciting world of track and field by participating in a variety of running, jumping, and hurdling events. Students will learn the basic fundamental techniques, rules, and safety practices for each event while developing speed, strength, coordination, and overall fitness. This 8-week class will cover sprinting, long jump, high jump and hurdles.
