Welcome to Maine Academy of Gymnastics! Please complete the following registration form. A credit or debit card is required to complete registration. You will receive an email from us with additional information. Payment in full will be charged to your credit/debit card once our office has applied any applicable discounts and completed the registration process . A $45 Annual Membership Fee will be charged per student when enrolling in classes and will be billed on an annual basis.

If your child is on a waitlist, we will contact you via email as soon as a spot becomes available. Your credit card will not be charged unless and until your child is enrolled into a class.
