Class begins with a group stretch and break off into groups. Leotards are preferred, refrain from clothing with skirts, pockets, zippers, buttons or strings. Long hair must be tied back away from the face. No jewelry is allowed i.e. earrings, necklaces or activity trackers (Fitbit) Athletes are permitted to bring a water bottle.
