Ballarat Gymsports uses a FORTNIGHTLY direct debit payment system (except in the case of camps and or events). Using a secure payment gateway, we automatically debit your nominated account Mondays fortnightly. Please note that all direct debit payments incur a small processing fee.
When classes aren’t running (ie, public holidays) your tuition is prorated for that fortnight.
An insurance and registration fee is charged when you initially sign up and at the start of each term.

You are required to fill out your Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card information when enrolling your child for a class. We offer a money back guarantee for new participants. New Participants(people who have not been enrolled in a BGS Program previously) who cancel enrolment within 14 days of first class attended will be eligible to request a refund for any unused portion of the tuition fee, but not the registration fee. This is offered as a courtesy to new participants.
Simply complete the online withdrawal form or email us. After this period we do not offer refunds for cancellations or change of mind.
If BGS is forced to close due to unforeseen circumstances, tuition already paid will be converted to a make-up option to be used when we are able to re-open. No further tuition will be charged during a closure until we notify you of our plan to resume classes.
